Cookie policy

Cookies are small files that the site stores in your browser. This page explains which ones we use and how you can choose, under the GDPR, Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian data protection authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021.

Technical cookies

They are needed for the site to work (signing in to the customer area, security, remembering your choices). They do not require consent and cannot be turned off.

Optional cookies

We use them only with your consent, by category:

• Statistics: help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (Google Analytics 4). We have turned off Google Signals and all advertising features; Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses.
• External content: the Google Maps map showing where the terrace is. Without consent you still see the address and the links for directions, just not the map.

We do not use marketing or advertising profiling cookies. If we ever introduce them, we will update this page and ask for your consent again.

How the banner works

On your first visit we show a banner: you can accept all, reject all or choose by category. If you close the banner with the X, we only use technical cookies. Your choice lasts 6 months; we only ask again sooner if we change this policy. We record your choice (date, categories, policy version) so we can prove it.

Google may process data outside the European Union, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. How Google uses cookies: policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.

Changing your mind

You can change your choices at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
