A pergola, a long table and Brunelleschi's Dome right in front. Here we knead, toast and have lunch, in the heart of the city.
Our secret ingredient
We took the kitchen to where Florence looks its best: up high. The work tables stand in the shade of the pergola; at lunchtime we move to the long table, with red rooftops all around and the Dome that feels close enough to touch.
